For over 20 years, I battled the cycle of depression and suicidal ideation. On the outside I looked like I “had it all together” - a great relationship, a great job, a great social life but I still suffered secretly on and off with bouts of depression.
I know the mask because I wore it. I know the path because I’ve walked it. I finally got so low I had to find another way. This program is that way. It has been put together based on the subsequent 11 years of studying neuroscience, psychology, coaching and lived experience.
I’m not claiming universal truth, if there was only one way to fix the mental health crisis we'd all be using it! I’ve just taken what’s been real in my experience, that has taken me from depression to mentally free. What I wished I’d had for those previous 20 years.
I’ve created a practical process that actually works long term, and I’m building a community where you don’t have to walk this path alone.
